Fees are calculated on the basis of the time spent on the case, generally at an hourly rate of between €150 excluding VAT and €300 excluding VAT, depending on the complexity of the case.
A fixed fee is agreed in advance for specific assignments, such as setting up a company, drafting a contract or carrying out a particular procedure.
It is often difficult to determine in advance what the cost of a case will be, as many factors can change as the case progresses.
Fees are free,
They are set by mutual agreement between the lawyer and the client,
The agreement should preferably be in writing,
In the event of a dispute over fees, the dispute will be submitted to the President of the Mulhouse Bar Association.
